Mermaid of Hope's Reef
Description: My love for the ocean is always the inspiration for a mermaid painting, and the winter often makes me dream of tropical destinations. I couldn't come up with a name for this mermaid, so I found the name of a real part of the Great Barrier Reef .. called Hope Reef... I think it fits, because she's swimming through a heart shaped reef.. and when you fall in love it takes a lot of hope and courage to fall deeply.
